Mystery Ranch 2 Day Assault (~27L)

Probably one of the best (if not expensive) framed backpacks you can get. Definitely on the heavier side and wouldn't recommend as your EDC bag for day-use but if you are traveling or hiking and weight and bulk is not the primary concern then there's practically no better alternative in the 30L range.
